Chicken and vegetable couscous

Method
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the diced chicken and brown over a high heat, while stirring,
for 3 mins. Add the onion and garlic and cook over a medium heat for
3 mins.

Add the green beans, salt and pepper and brown over a high heat for
about 5 mins, stirring regularly.

Add the couscous, 150 ml of water, and tomato sauce. Mix, cover,
reduce the heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped basil and Parmesan shavings and serve
immediately.
